General: Safeguarding your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and other information in connection with the services we provide (“Service(s)”) and the My Ally website (the “Site”). This Policy applies to all registered members of My Ally (“Member(s)”), unless otherwise specified.

What personal and other information we collect about you: My Ally collects both “personal information” and “non-personal information” through the Site and the Services we provide. For purposes of this Policy, “personal information” is information such as a name or email address that My Ally can directly associate with a specific person without additional information. “Non-personal information” is information that My Ally cannot directly associate with a specific person without the aid of additional information. When we combine non-personal information with personal information, we treat all of the combined information as personal information.

Collecting personal and non-personal information enables us to provide a better experience for our Members and Visitors. As discussed in more detail below, we collect this information for a variety of purposes, including protecting the security of the Services and our users, gauging the effectiveness of and improving our Services, distributing our newsletters, promoting the Site and other products and services provided by My Ally.

Personal Information: We collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services or use our Services. You can visit the Site without submitting any personal information. However, to gain access to the Services, you must become a Member and provide personal information, including your name, telephone number, email address, postal address, payment information, and company name. For our services that request personal information, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself.

We may combine personal information collected through the Site with other information that we collect about you in other contexts – such as our communications with you via email or phone. We will treat such combined information as personal information and protect it in accordance with this Policy.

We may retain personal information for an indefinite amount of time to preserve our database and to comply with various federal and state laws.

How we use the personal and non-personal information that we collect: My Ally uses the Personal Information you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If we have personal information about you, we may use it, for example: to respond to your questions or requests concerning the Site or Services offered by My Ally; to fulfill the terms of any agreement you have with us; to fulfill your requests for our services or otherwise complete a transaction that you initiate; to send you information about our services; to deliver confirmations, account information, notifications, and similar operational communications; to improve your user experience and the quality of our Site and Services; to comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements; and to manage our business.

We use the non-personal information that we collect for such purposes as: counting and recognizing users of the Services; analyzing how users navigate the Services and use various features; improving the Site and Services and enhancing users’ experiences with the Site and Services; creating new products and services or improving our existing products and Services; enabling additional analytics and research concerning the Services; and managing our business.

We also may use the personal and non-personal information that we collect to send you promotional communications including emails about the products and services offered by My Ally. Although we hope you will find our promotional emails of interest, you may opt out of receiving them by sending an email to with “optout” in the subject line. Promotional emails also will have instructions for opting out of that type of communication in the future.

How we share personal and non-personal information with third parties: My Ally does not share your personal information except for certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: My Ally, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.

Legal Requirements: My Ally may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of My Ally, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

Aggregated Information: From time to time, My Ally also may share de-identified and aggregated information about Members, such as by publishing a report on the trends in usage of the Services. Similarly, the information that My Ally collects through surveys will be disclosed in de-identified and aggregate form, unless the privacy policy for that particular survey specifies otherwise. My Ally may also disclose such aggregated information in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

Children: This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and My Ally will never knowingly collect personal or other information from anyone it knows is under the age of 13. We recommend that persons over 13 but under 18 years of age ask their parents for permission before using the Site or sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

Links to Other Web Sites: This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by My Ally (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that My Ally endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Integrating Third Party Services: One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to use our Services via various third party services like Google, iCloud or Microsoft Exchange (“Third Party Service(s)”). By directly integrating with these services, we make your online experiences richer and more personalized. However, please remember that the manner in which Third Party use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such third parties, and My Ally shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third Party Services that may be enabled within the Service.

Security: My Ally takes reasonable steps to protect all information provided via the Site and Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. My Ally uses commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion. However, no security program is foolproof and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal or other information. Information for Site Users from outside the United States: The personal and non-personal information that we collect through or in connection with the Site is transferred to and processed in the United States for the purposes described above. My Ally may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, affiliates or third parties in the United States or in other countries. The data-protection laws in these countries may be different from, and less stringent than, those in your country of residence. By using the Site or providing any personal or non-personal information to us, you expressly consent to such transfer and processing.

Testimonials: We may post customer testimonials on our Website which may contain personal information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. Changes to My Ally’s Privacy Policy: My Ally will review its data security measures and this privacy policy from time to time and may make changes to the Site or to its privacy practices. In that case, My Ally may need to revise this Policy to reflect those changes. My Ally will post all such changes on the Site, so we encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
